Editorial Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-01

This page describes how Tradingmarketsignals.com researches, sources, fact-checks, and corrects the content we publish. The policy applies to all editorial content on the Site, regardless of author or topic.

Editorial mission

Market Signals is an AI-native wealth intelligence platform for financial advisors and RIAs. We publish news and analysis for professional financial advisors, plan sponsors, institutional allocators, and informed retail investors across eight wealth-management verticals: mutual funds, wealth management, financial planning, private banks, retirement planning, wealth preservation, investing strategies, and family office strategies, paired with AI-generated equity research. We aim to be a primary daily reading source for practitioners who need accurate, timely, and analytically useful coverage.

Editorial standards

1. Sourcing

Every claim of fact in our articles is attributable to one or more named sources. Acceptable sources include:

  • Primary documents — SEC filings, IRS notices, Department of Labor releases, court decisions, regulatory rule texts.
  • Named industry research — Cerulli Associates, Echelon Partners, DeVoe & Co., Diamond Consultants, Morningstar, Investment Company Institute (ICI), ETFGI, FINTRX, Broadridge.
  • Quotations from named individuals on the record (executives, regulators, analysts).
  • Reporting from established trade press — WealthManagement.com, Financial Planning, InvestmentNews, AdvisorHub, RIABiz, Citywire, Reuters, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times.

We avoid vague attributions such as “industry observers say” or “experts believe” without naming the source.

2. Multi-source verification

Articles covering breaking events or sensitive claims are verified against at least two independent sources before publication. When only a single source is available, we say so explicitly in the article and update the article when additional sources confirm or contradict the original report.

3. Disclosure of conflicts

If an article references a product, firm, or individual with whom Ecom Rach LLC has a financial relationship (sponsored content, affiliate link, or paid partnership), the relationship is clearly disclosed within the article body. Editorial articles without such disclosures are independent and uncompensated.

4. Independence from sources

Coverage decisions are made by the editorial team based on news value. We do not accept payment, gifts, or other consideration in exchange for favorable coverage. Companies, fund managers, advisors, and other parties referenced in our articles do not preview or approve coverage prior to publication, except for accuracy checks on direct quotations.

Author qualifications

Our editorial team is composed of market analysts, professional traders, and financial journalists with experience covering mutual funds, wealth management, and retirement planning. We hold our contributors to high standards for accuracy, attribution, and topical expertise.

Corrections policy

If you identify a factual error in any article, contact us at in**@******************ls.com with the URL of the article and a description of the error. We respond to correction requests within two business days.

Confirmed corrections are made promptly, and a dated correction note is appended to the article when the error is material. We do not silently rewrite history; substantive changes are disclosed.

Use of artificial intelligence

We use AI tools to assist with research, draft initial outlines, and identify recent industry developments. All articles are reviewed, edited, and fact-checked by our editorial team before publication. The editorial team is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of every published article. AI is a tool; the byline and the responsibility belong to humans.

Sponsored content and affiliate relationships

Tradingmarketsignals occasionally publishes sponsored content. All sponsored articles are clearly labeled at the top of the article. Sponsors do not influence our independent editorial coverage. Affiliate links, when used, are disclosed within the article. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial judgment.

Privacy and data

Reader data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share reader contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
